Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unsolreins's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Unsolreins provides professional aquarium design, equipment installation, and ecosystem management services in Sweden. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom aquarium design and consultation
• Equipment installation and configuration
• Ecosystem balance and maintenance
• Ongoing support and monitoring

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Consultation and Design

Initial consultations include site assessment, design planning, and project estimation. Design revisions are limited to three rounds unless additional fees are agreed upon.

3.2 Installation Services

Installation services include equipment setup, initial water conditioning, and system testing. Client must provide appropriate space, electrical connections, and water access.

3.3 Maintenance Agreements

Maintenance agreements specify service frequency, included tasks, and response times. Emergency services may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before work commencement
• Final payment due within 30 days of project completion
• Maintenance services billed monthly in advance
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest charge

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from project completion. This warranty covers installation defects but not equipment failures or client-caused damage.

5.2 Equipment Warranty

Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. We assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

5.3 Living Organism Guarantee

Fish and plant health is guaranteed for 30 days following installation, provided maintenance guidelines are followed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unsolreins's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Property damage beyond our direct control
• Loss of business or profits
• Client modifications to our installations

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate site information
• Ensuring proper electrical and water connections
• Following maintenance guidelines
• Notifying us of issues promptly
• Providing safe working conditions

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Project Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Deposits are refundable minus any work completed and expenses incurred.

8.2 Maintenance Cancellation

Maintenance agreements require 30 days written notice for cancellation. No refunds for partial months.

9. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of Unsolreins. Clients receive a license to use designs for their specific installation only.

10. Force Majeure

Unsolreins is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or Swedish courts.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Swedish data protection laws. We use client data solely for service provision and may share anonymized project photos for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
